Qualifications :
Prospective employee should have good communication skills as well as a strong understanding of all Microsoft platforms including the setup and maintenance of the following:
Minimum of three years of previous administrator experience or equivalent, including proficiency in problem determination and performance measurement and strong working knowledge of operating systems, subsystems and computer networks.
Experience in configuring, implementing, administering, and troubleshooting distributed Windows servers and SQL databases.
Position Responsibilities/Duties :
Strong with Exchange, Hosted Exchange, Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy and knowledge of basic networking
Supporting users remotely, working with a ticketing and monitoring system (Kaseya, LabTech, ConnectWise, etc.)
Testing and evaluating network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements
Supporting and administration of tier III issues
Recommending and building systems and efficiencies for end-user and overall client site support both remotely and on-site
Local travel to client sites required as needed, but is minimal

Architect and manage new projects and deployments of client infrastructure
Manage, support, and maintain Active Directory -- DNS, DHCP, DFS, and GPOs
Work with clients of varying size and budgets to align their infrastructure needs with our organizational support
Support critical and high priority server-based outages with detailed communication of cause/resolution to management
Provisioning, configuring, and support of VMware virtualized IaaS environments
Design and maintenance of multi-tenant Exchange
Lead and work with clients on multi-platform email migrations (Exchange, O365, Google Apps, IMAP)
Required Skills and Abilities :
REQUIRED are three plus (3+) years' experience in MS Exchange and Inter-networking, inclusive of Windows Server. Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint
In depth knowledge of VMware ESXi
Keeps current on technology trends and develop standards and guidelines that help guide the design of enterprise infrastructure
Working knowledge of cloud-based architecture such as SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and Multi-tenant environments
Working knowledge of WAN/LAN networking, production experience preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, for working with customers and coworkers during stressful situations
Basic knowledge/ability in automation scripting, PowerShell and Python preferred
Ability to work outside of standard business hours as needed
Candidate must be analytical and able to promptly resolve issues in a stressful environment
Industry certifications are a plus, MCSA/E, CCNA/P, etc
B.A. in IT-related field or equivalent work experience
Education :
Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience preferred
